Danwood Holding S.A. is one of Europe’s largest suppliers of prefabricated turnkey homes of wood construction.
Most of the group’s sales are made on the demanding German market, where it is the leader in number of prefabricated turnkey homes sold, with a market share of 10–11%, and the third-largest player on the market in the overall segment of prefabricated homes.
Apart from the German market, Danwood is also present in Austria, Switzerland, the UK and Poland, where it is one of the largest producers of prefabricated homes.
In its over 20 years of operation Danwood has delivered over 8,500 homes to customers.

The firm’s product line is one of the most comprehensive and varied on the market, containing a range of over 130 designs for one- and two-family homes, with an area from 80 m2 to over 300 m2, functionally and stylistically diverse and adapted to local expectations. For customers seeking non-standard solutions, Danwood offers individual designs. The competitiveness of the firm’s offer results from the high quality and attractiveness of its homes.
The firm has a modern production facility in Bielsk Podlaski, with a current production capacity, after expansion in 2015–2016, of 1,500 homes per year, with the possibility of further rapid increase as more homes are delivered.
Apart from the parent company Danwood Holding S.A., the group includes two subsidiaries:
- Danwood S.A. in Bielsk Podlaski (100% owned), responsible for design, prefabrication, sale, installation and finishing of prefabricated homes of wood construction in Germany, the UK, Austria, Poland and other countries
- DQM Sp. z o.o. in Białystok (100% owned, via Danwood S.A.), providing construction of single-family homes using the traditional masonry technology in Poland (in 2017 accounting for about 2% of the total number of homes built by the group).
The owner of Danwood Holding S.A. is Polish Enterprise Fund VII (indirectly via DHH S.à r.l. registered in Luxembourg), managed by Enterprise Investors, one of the largest private equity firms in Central & Eastern Europe.
